MIEDA will strive to give high priority to governance issues to improve delivery mechanisms and redressal of grievances of industrial and other sectors in close coordination with the State Government to make Maharashtra the preferred industrial investment destination as well as a favoured destination for manufacturing hub and financial service centre.

MIEDA will put efforts to make Maharashtra more investment-friendly and insists Government to formulate congenial policies, excellent infrastructure and a strong and productive human resource base to attract both Indian and overseas investment and other development activities.

MIEDA will focus and review the growth plan and the needs for developmental activities in various sectors in Maharashtra. Even though on the one hand Maharashtra is developing industries and achieving remarkable economic growth, on the other, many projects are to be considered, sick industries are to be revived, steps for adequate provision of abundant water and power supply for developing cities, skill development amongst young generation, entrepreneurial education, district level industrialisation and reducing the political and bureaucratic interference in industry and economic growth.
